If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund.

Parts must be in new condition. We will not refund items that are used and or damaged.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our parts are marked to identify that they were purchased from Fast Fix Parts. We will inspect the parts prior to return to insure that we have received the original part purchased.

You must ask for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number before sending your package.

Include your Invoice with your order number and name. 

Refunds will be issued after the item has been inspected by our quality control team, of the item condition and marking. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. 

If an order is cancelled once the item has shipped, our standard return policy applies. You will need to accept delivery of the item and ship the item back at your expense. 

If delivery of an item is refused or returned due to shipping issues with address or postal service refusal, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the issued credit. If you would like to have your order resent, buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for a second attempt.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective (see Note:) please contact us immediately and we will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts immediately. 
Note: Defective means that it failed within the 1st or 2nd use. It does not mean that it has become defective after several to many uses. In the event that this has happened, please see our troubleshooting guide on our website or call our technical support staff to help determine which part has failed for you. There are no implied warranties on any part.

In the event that you receive the wrong part and do not return the part as directed, you will be charged the amount of the part to your credit card on file. You will receive a return shipping label with tracking information to return the part to us. You have 7 days to put the part in the mail for return after receiving the shipping label. If the part is not mailed within 7 days, your credit card on file will be charged the amount of the part. You are welcome to contact us within this time, if there is a problem mailing the part back. 

We suggest you add tracking information to your package when returning your items in case your package should get lost in the mail.
